Refund policy

 

• Refunds for Shopify or website design services will be provided only within 24 hours after purchase, upon written request via email. No refunds will be provided after design work has commenced on the project or after 7 days has expired from the purchase date.

• No refunds will be provided for monthly recurring services. Cancellation of recurring services requires 30 days notice. 

• All sales are final

• Invoices are due on receipt.

• Advertising service cancellation by client request, or for non-payment, may result in removal of any (or all) advertising assets created by My Web Concepts.

• The company makes no warranty or guarantee whatsoever with respect to e-commerce sales, seo results, Google Ads results, social advertising results, or conversions for any monthly recurring services or design services.
